A large A4 folder does not fit, however a narrow folder is no problem. You can also easily fit e.g. an A4 loose-leaf binder, loose A4 documents, a large notepad or magazines in this carryall.

There are two separate padded compartments for a small laptop (up to 14 inches) or a tablet computer, so you can securely keep your technical items.

You can best keep all small items in the two exterior front pockets or in the two additional zip pockets on the inside. In addition, there are two more small organiser pockets, e.g. to keep business cards or tissues.

Conclusion:

So if you are looking for a briefcase where you can keep various A4 folders or a larger laptop (15.6 inches), please choose bag 420-n (size L) or 422 (size XL).

But if you feel strongly about a compact, lined business bag which is not too large and heavy and where you can keep your most important documents anyway and a small laptop securely and which is sturdy as well, suitable for a trolley and approved as hand luggage, you are making the right choice with this leather bag 410. 

ATTENTION: With this bag, one can partly see scratches and scars of the buffalo leather due to the open-pored leather processing. This does not indicate any flaw of the leather but is a sign of the wanted natural look.
